One of the questions we hear most frequently from people who first learn about IDIN's work is, "How can I help?"

To channel some of that phenomenal energy, we kicked off a new initiative last year to crowdsource international development and innovation opportunities from around the IDIN Network. IDIN Network members and partners are working on countless projects from perfecting prototypes to growing social ventures to teaching hands-on design, and can often greatly benefit from the support of a volunteer, intern, or consultant.

We channeled these great opportunities into a new online portal open to anyone interested in gaining hands-on innovation and international development experience abroad, and were thrilled to make some successful matches in our pilot year.

You can learn more about the experiences that resulted from these successful matches by exploring the following stories of individuals matched with IDIN innovators, or explore our active opportunities here!

While many of these opportunities are unpaid, IDIN may be able to provide a modest travel grant if a successful match is made.
